Community Services Projects
The Community Services Committee is studying several major initiatives, including a community-wide disaster plan, and a significant review of the transponder system. Both initiatives are designed to enhance the safety of the PGA WEST community.
As property owners at PGA WEST, you are entitled to receive many documents each year describing the financial health of the Master Association, as well as updates to other important documents. Technology and the California Civil Code now allow us to distribute these documents electronically — with your permission. So, our Board has a major push underway to enroll homeowners in our “Go Green” program. This will keep our costs down, use far less paper and ink, and show our support for the environment.
