  • Code of Ethics and Conduct (for Directors)

    All Board members are encouraged to sign the Code of Ethics and Conduct for Directors. This document encourages Directors to act in good faith, act in the best interest of the Master Association, and follow other required standards of behavior. The Code of Ethics and Conduct is designed to ensure that all Directors understand and act according to the fiduciary duty they owe to the Master Association and its homeowners.

  • Code of Ethics and Conduct (for Committee Members)

    All Committee members are required to sign the Code of Ethics and Conduct for Committee Members. This document requires Committee Members to act in good faith, act in the best interest of the Master Association, and follow other required standards of behavior. The Code of Ethics and Conduct is designed to ensure that all Committee members understand and act according to the duty they owe to the Master Association and its homeowners.

  • Communication Program Policy

    This policy provides guidance and authority for the Communications Committee to manage communications between the Board, its Officers and Committee Chairs, and homeowners. The policy is designed to ensure appropriate use of the Master Association’s communication program, including its website and e-mail list.

  • Response to Media Policy

    On occasion, the Master Association may receive inquiries from news media and others outside the PGA WEST community. This policy provides guidance and authority for the Communications Committee, Management and the Board President to develop and deliver responses to inquires from the news media and others.

  • Election Operating Rules (Revised Jan. 8, 2015)

    Each spring, three or four new Board Members are elected by PGA WEST homeowners. The Election Rules are consistent with the California Civil Code’s requirements for an election by secret ballot.

  • Request to Serve on the Board of Directors

    PGA WEST homeowners who wish to serve on the Master Association Board of Directors may self-nominate or nominate another homeowner. The qualifications for a nominee are described in the Election Operating Rules.

  • Transponder Policy

    To enhance community access and security, PGA WEST homeowners are required to use transponders for their vehicles, including golf carts.

  • Vendor Rules and Regulations

    This policy provides general rules and regulations, governing documents, and parking and traffic regulations. All vendors, contractors and service providers are required to complete, sign and comply with the PGA WEST Vendor Application and Rules and Regulations.

  • Recording Policy

    The primary purpose of audio recording Board of Directors meetings, both Regular and Executive Session, is to ensure accuracy of the meeting minutes. It is the intent of this policy that the Regular and Executive Session meeting minutes will reflect the action items approved on the recording.
