PGA WEST homeowners annually elect a Master Association Board of Directors. The Board is responsible for supervising a management company, managing entry gates to access the private PGA WEST residential communities, and landscaping common areas. The common areas are primarily along PGA Boulevard and on the exterior of the perimeter walls surrounding the PGA WEST community.
Board Meeting Schedule
The Board meets on the first Thursday of the month at the Private Clubhouse. Please check our website’s Calendar for the location of upcoming meetings.
The Board does not meet in July and August.
Board Meeting Agenda
All Board meeting agendas will be posted on this website at least four days in advance of each regularly scheduled Board meeting. You can find the agendas on our website's Calendar. A printed copy of the agenda is also available, four days before each regularly scheduled Board meeting, at the Master Association's office at the Weiskopf Residential Gate: 56144 PGA Blvd. These postings meet the requirements of California's Civil Code.
Board Minutes are posted to this website after they’re formally approved by the Board. This approval generally occurs at the next regularly scheduled Board meeting. For example, October’s minutes will be approved at the November Board meeting, then posted within one week of their approval.
