The Compliance Committee, in a timely and accurate manner, adjudicates the citations issued by the Director of Community Services for violations of the Master Association Rules & Regulations. The Committee also reviews proposed changes to the Rules and Regulations, which are subject to the approval of the Master Association's Board of Directors.
The three residential HOA managers and the Master Association's Director of Community Services also attend these meetings.
Meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month. The meetings are not open to homeowners.
