The Gates and Patrol Committee will convene on a regular basis to evaluate incident reports and community services related to gates and patrol. The committee makes recommendations to the Board of Directors to improve access control and safety within PGA WEST.
Bob Pantanella, Master Association Community Services Director, is assigned as Management support to this committee.
Russ Roehrkasse is the Board liasion.
The three residential HOA managers are invited to all meetings to provide input.

Committee minutes are posted to this website after they’re formally approved and signed by the Committee, and then accepted by the Board. This Board approval generally occurs at the next regularly scheduled Board meeting. For example, Committee minutes from October will likely be approved at the November Board meeting, then posted within one week of their approval.

Community Services Monthly Reports
Each month, Community Services Director Bob Pantanella presents to the Board a monthly report. This report includes a description of incidents in the PGA WEST community, crime trends, vehicle accidents, and a summary of gate activity.
